Brain Focusing tool

One of the most useful tools that know of for focusing the brain when experiencing dispersed thoughts.   The Gnaural Binaural Beat Sound Generator:

"Gnaural is a multiplatform programmable sound synthesizer primarily designed to generate binaural beats, for use in the study of brain states."

The software is free to download but it does take a bit of fooling-around with to figure it out.  Fortunately  some pre-recorded settings can be found within the developers website.
